Nick: As a REALTOR® we specialize in short term big exposure events. Like Open Houses, it's just a few days but our objective is to market your home to as many potential buyers as we can. So when it comes to helping market these kinds of events it fits perfectly in my skill set! Plus I love helping clients declutter, it helps them enjoy their home more and yes, every once in a while, I get to help them find a new place for their family.
